SAP HANA express edition Error

Hi -

When installing it returns right away that I have no Java environment install so .exe installer does not proceed. I have Java install on my machine.

Any advice here please?

Do you mean the HANA, Express Edition Download Manager (

HXEDownloadManager_win.exe)? This program requires 64-bit Java 8 or newer (JRE). If it cannot find the JRE, you tell it where to find the JRE by:

• Set JAVA_HOME environment variable to the JRE directory

or

• Place the JRE with "jre" directory name in directory of HXEDownloadManager_win.exe file
