Hello All,
We have planned orders created through CTM planning engine and also manually through a custom transaction in APO. When we plan to firm and release these planned orders to R/3 from /SAPAPO/RRP7 view of APO, these planned orders are not being transfered to R/3. Either they are stuck at inbound of R/3 or outbound of APO queues.
Any ideas why this happens?
FYI:
we have distribution definition set up correctly and our integration models are active.
Thanks
Hi,
Please do the Reconcillation by using The T code -/SAPAPO/CCR
Then it will transfer the Planned orders

Hi APO Analyst,
Please check on the following
1) In CTM profile under settings tab, check whether the transfer mode is set to "transfer orders"
2) Under Global SNP settings, check whether the planned order integration is maintained as " allow transfer for planned orders"
3) In distribution definition, if your setting is periodic transfer, then using /sapapo/c5 transaction, these orders needs to be transferred via change pointers.
4) Is there any sysfail errors in inbound or outbound queues?

Hi ,
Could you please elaborate on what error message you are getting in the inbound queue to R/3 / outbound APO queue ?
Thanks

Hello All,
Thanks for your responses.
Saradha,
We don't see an error message in SMQ1 or SMQ2 of R/3 and APO. But we see "Ready" status for that particular order in the SMQ2 of R/3, then we manually push the order from SMQ2, we are able to see the planned order in R/3.
Now the question is why it is getting stuck in outbound of R/3?
What is the difference between /SAPAPO/RRP7, CCR and /SAPAPO/C5 in terms of releasing the planned order to R/3?
Thanks again for your responses.
If the queue is in ready state, it is not a problem situation. In that case you have to set up qout scheduler and qin scheduler through transacions SMQR and SMQS. Ask the system to automatically trigger activation of queues that are in ready state by setting up these schedulers.
