SAP FIORI GRC Access Request app - GRC Role search result not displaying on the app

Hi All,

Greetings!!!

I have deployed GRC Fiori 'Access Request' and 'Access Request for Others' app and I’m able to see the tile but while accessing the app for the GRC roles, it’s not showing search result for GRC roles however the roles are available in GRC system and the same are populated while creating access request in GRC nwbc.

The Trusted Rfc between the systems is working fine

The Request can be created in the backend GRC via nwbc

Have you done an authorization trace in both systems to see if it's an authorization issue?

To know if issue is related to this note

1. create a role in end system
2. run a repo sync with "role search" option checked in

3. check if table GRACROLEMASTER is getting updated or not.

If not, this is your note.
