SOAP to Proxy monitoring issue.

Hi,

I have a interface SOAP(web service) to Proxy(CRM) system, when i looked at the message monitoring, then its not showing any successfull messages flowed for that interface. But if i am looking in communication channel monitoring with the sender CC, then i am able to locate the message through message id. But the issue here is, i am unable to figure it out how many messages were successfull in a day etc.,. And if there were any errors or cancelled messages, then that messages are showing up in the messages monitoring but not the successfull ones. The interfaces which are SOAP(web service) to Proxy (ECC) are working fine. Is there any setting i have to do in CRM to populate the successfull messages in message monitoring.

Hi Vijay,

I assume you are talking about synchronous messages, which are not getting logged.
