Analysis 2.2 SP4 didn't start Analysis application on office 365

Hello Experts,

We are installing Analysis 2.2 SP4 on some of the users desktops as they have got recently upgraded to office 365 using Excel 2016.

Some how after installation when we click on Analysis for Microsoft excel application it throws error message. Any idea of what is happening. Thank you

Hi Reddy,

Check if you have some excel process running on the background.

Usually this error message appears when you have an excel process running or remaining on the task manager. Try to end all excel process and so open it again.

Please share details of what is in the log file folder. Click the Logfile folder
