We are currently on 1611, and have setup the Communication Arrangements (CA) for "Creation of Ticket Follow-up Document..." in C4C. This CA includes the outbound interface for SOAP webservice call to PI (in turn to ECC).
The web service message monitoring does show the outbound payload for the Service Ticket, BUT it does not show any outbound calls for the ServiceRequestAttachment web service. Has anyone experienced this issue ?
