/552 PROBLEM

Hi

Ihave a problem with /552. For one employee /552 got generated in Payroll. Due to this issue the /560 net pay of the employee has reduced. I checked and found the /552 is belong to a Loan. Actually the said loan was completly repaid in Feb 09. The /552 need to be arreted. I changed the Earliest retro of the employee to 01.04.2009 and tried but not worked Payroll has rejected. a message came as Retroactive date set by stystem 01.04.2008 is befor pers
