Not triggered output type in PO

Generated auto PO's through a program, my issues is PO's are grnerated but

output type not triggred. Maintained output- condition records

we have defined an output type ZDSS and for perticular po we are getting the below error.

Diagnosis

An unprocessed output exists (output type ZDSS), that has been deactivated.

System Response

Output type ZDSS will no longer be determined.

Hi Kapil,

The error you are facing while changing the PO - ME22N is nothing to do with message type.

I beleive the key combination u have maintained in MN04 and the one you are creating are not matching.

Try creating a PO manually - ME21N with the key combinations maintained. You should be able to get it.

Hi Kapil ,

If it is a new o/p type that is created by you then check at which operation you had the o/p to be triggeres.

Is it at the time of creation / Change.

You can find the same in Message Control for PO --> Fine Tuned....

Hi Ramesh,

I have tried all posible ways and finally tried manually in ME22N giving outputi type while saving showing the error is "NO A VALID VENDOR AND MATERIAL".

Hi Kapil ,

Normally if you have maintained all the customising correctly then after maintianing the condition records the o/p gets picked automatically.

I think you missed something , just check all the required customising once again .

Also check whether the created o/p type exists in -->
