Best Practices

Hi all,

In the middleware i have only E04 and I01 bdoc status records to be reprocessed. But before I schedule something, I need to understand what is best practice i.e. will I have some E05 once a while and still need the schedule it?

If any one have any best practices document or url for above mentioned...please share it with me...

If you re-process error messages you should be aware that then the information from that point of time is re-send and overwrites information that has been changed in the meantime. For this reason you should not re-process old BDOcs, but rather either send the data again with transaction CRMM_BUPA_MAP for business partners or create a request with transaction R3AC2/R3AC4/R3AC3 for all objects to load them correctly. Only this way you can assure the data consistency over systems.
