SAP ME/MII - Error in Transmitting Production Order (Message 10046)

Dear Community,

Since about 3 weeks we do have problems with some of the production orders released from SAP ECC to SAP ME. In the MII Queue Monitor the following error occurs:

*[STEP = STD_END]. Value / for field BATCH_NUMBER exists, enter a unique value (Message 10046)

Reprocessing of the message is not possible because there is a random slash ("/") entered in the LOIPRO03 from ECC. This error happens also for production orders which do not have any batch managed components assigned to it.

Even more surprisingly, when I re-create the same production order (same material, same routing, same BOM, all the same) it will be successfully sent through MII to ME. Therefore, the error is happening randomly.

It effects around 30% of the production order created and the error of re-creating orders is pretty high.

I am using the SAP MII Verion 15.1; SAP ME 15.1.1.3.

Thanks for any suggestion how to get rid of that Error.
