Hide SRM Help Link

Hello,

I need to hide or remove the Help link that comes with the standard SRM system. I have found the internet service BBPHELP and template BBPHELP_1000 are related to this link I can edit where the link points to but I need that link to be not available for users.

Any ideas, I would really appreciate your comments and suggestions...

Hi Roy

You may try to check in SPRO the following path:

SRM Server=>Technical Basic Settings=>Deactivate User Access to Solution Manager.

there just follow the IMG Activity documentation.

You can do this by changing the standard template.

1) Go to SE80

2) Select internet service 'BBPSTART'

3) goto html template 'BBPGLOBAL_300'

4) search for LINK_HELP and comment this html tag.

5) save and publish.
