Cost Center and Profit Center :-Project System WBS is linking to Costing like MM & FICO Module

Hi ,

Please suggest me , while i am linking WBS for costing , Cost Center is required for FICO Module or NOT?.

My Fico Consultant telling only with the help of GL account we can do the costing and Profit center is linked with Project System.

Please provide information for Profit Center , Cost Center while using PS Module in a Project.

Plan costs through Project Systems uses Cost Elements to hold plan cost data. Cost Centers are used if you are doing internal activity planning, such as labor. There are many different ways to plan costs in PS. I suggest you research help.sap.com as an excllent reference.
