Cost Center and Profit Center :-Project System WBS is linking to Costing like MM & FICO Module

Hi ,

Please suggest me , while i am linking WBS for costing , Cost Center is required for FICO Module or NOT?.

My Fico Consultant telling only with the help of GL account we can do the costing and Profit center is linked with Project System.

Please provide information for Profit Center , Cost Center while using PS Module in a Project.
