Inspection lots not appearing in QA10 screen

Hi,

I have a requirement to make collective usage decision for inspection lots with stock posting from quality inspection stock in one storage location to unrestricted stock of another storage location. I have tried transaction QA10 for collective usage decision but the message “No entries found” is displayed and inspection lots are not appearing in QA10.

• -Lots were automatically created during goods receipt posting against production orders (as inspection type 04 is activated in material master)

• -Results have been recorded and characteristics have been accepted (none of characteristics were rejected)

• -Characteristics have been valuated and closed

• -Defects have not been recorded

• -In material master QM view, ‘Automatic UD’ checkbox is ticked

• -Inspection lot status is “INSP RREC SPRQ”

Please let me know the possible reasons why the lots are not displayed in QA10.

Dear Anonymous,

thank you for the details and pre-checks made by you.

Please also check, whether the 'Waiting time' set in Customizing is exceeded for the affected inspection lots.

Customizing path:

IMG (transaction QCC0)
>Quality Management
>>Basic Settings
>>>Maintain Settings at Plant Level

--> Select the affected plant, goto Details, and on tab 'InsLot completion', check fields

• 'Waiting time (hrs)' and
• 'Waiting time (mins)'.

Leaving the 'Waiting time' fields as blank resolved the issue. Thanks so much for your help!
