Unable to add a transaction in CRM 2007 webclient.

Hi all,

i am unable to add the ( activity ) transaction in the webclient.

I configured the Navigation bar profile, Work centre, Logical link etc.

I am able to see the new work center in the web client. The new logical link id is also visible.

But when i click on the link for the transaction, following message appears Details No transaction type is available for creating a transaction.

The "Details" shows the following message on expanding

No transaction type is available when creating a transaction.

This can be due to the following reasons:

1. No transaction type is available according to Customizing.

2. The user has no authorization for the transaction type.

I have configured the transaction and the channels have been added.

Are there any other settings that need to be configured to execute the transaction through Webclient.

Your help would be highly appreciated.
