Change holiday year in Time account type.

Hi All
We would like to change holiday year from Apr-Mar to Jan-Dec SAP Business ByDesign. I tried changing the rule for the GB0010 account so that they run for the calendar year rather than the financial year. It would not save the change as that time account is in use. The change is in relation to Holiday bookings. I have also tried to end validity but a different error is showing.
My client wants to consume 75% of their annual leave by end Dec 2016, and will be allocated a full year of leave to use Jan 1 2017 - Dec 31 2017.
Can you please check this ?

Dear Bilal,

In order to achieve the desired scenario, there are two possible options as per our analysis:

1. The first one is to change the reccurence of the standard GB0010 to run along with the Calendar year. To execute this operation, you will need to remove the assignments of this account type from all the employees, and re-assign it after changing it.

2. The other option is to create a custom time account type, which has the same settings as the standard GB0010. So you set it to run with the calendar year, and can assign it to the required employees.
