HI All,
Our Customer bought 10 licenses and import the license file .
After the UAT and during final preparation for GL live, we assign the licenses to the users and that's when we notice we can only assign 9 users and we have 1 missing license.
We have 3 databases with the same 12 user log in account. we already check and compare the 3 database and we have the same set of users.
My question is, is there any other way to verify to check what happen to the 1 license.
Would it be better to re-import the license file and re assign the license file again?
Our client is already gone live and we cannot assign the remaining one license to the new user
What else did we need to check?
