AUTOMATIC GENERATION OF MESSAGE

Sir,

I want to configure in such a way that once po is made it should either automaticaly create message "NEU" or the user should should be forced to put the values.

the main issue is version activation is done but to track changes the message should be completed then only it will mark as "1"

so want system can i develop
