Hi,
I' m wondering if it is possible to now which abap web dynpro application called a badi.
In fact different applications call the same badi and in one method of that badi, I need to know the web dynpro application name.
Is this possible?
Thanks a lot for your feedbacks.
Kind regards
Karim
Hi Renald,
Sorry for the very late reply.
To answer your question, all bapi's and badi's should behave in the same way.
This is independ on the caller. Are you sure you are doing the right manipulations?
Kind regards
Karim

Hi Karim,
I don't know, if there is any chance to get the Webdynpro application name. At least in the ABAP System fields is no information about the webdynpro application name.
One remark: I have allways problems with BAPIS / BADIS that behave different depending on the caller. Could it be a good idea to pass some information through the interface / parameters?
Best regards
Renald
