Work Schedules and Holiday types

Hi there,

I have a scenario for Work Schedule creation.

Work week: Mon-Sat

Off days: Sun

Exception: The second saturday of every month needs to be a holiday.

I know there's a manual way of achieving this in the 'generate work schedule' step.

However, there seems to be a more elegant and effective solution via Holiday types (fixed day from date?).

Solutions solicited.
