Fax Service Orders

We are looking at the possibility of instead of printing the Shop Paper "Job Ticket" we want to be able to fax the Shop Paper.

Using transaction IW32 and the menu Order > Print > Order and selecting the relevant Shop Paper I have selected the icon Multiple Fax and then entered the receipent number and country key I am getting an e-mail saying:-

Update was terminated

System ID.... DR3

Client....... 300

User..... TA07919

Transaction.. IW32

Update key... EE2A2FDEF111F1BA98CB0050569B2DCD

Generated.... 22.04.2009, 11:48:45

Completed.... 22.04.2009, 11:48:46

Error Info... XS 826: Cannot process message, no route from TA07919

Are there any settings I need to activate in order to get the Shop Paper to be sent by Fax?

Hi

Check whether u have mentioned the FAX no in the customer master data. You need to maintain it there.

Check in SPRO

Define Fax Options (Spool)

Then.. u try to test it

Hi,

Have you setup a output device that is a fax server ? Ensure this is selected as your output device.

Deactivate the print online in transaction OID6 as per note [713132|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/713132]
