Content Administration Read access

Dear All,

I have a user who wants to access Content Administration and User Administration with read access. Do anyone know how to give the user only read access for Content Administration and User Administration?

dear Experts,

I have one more doubts. When I try to provide the read only permission on my development box, its work perfectly but for my Quality box, i can assign the read only to content admin but there is no items on the contend tree. it empty...did I miss anything?

We cannot give read access permissions to user admin or content admin.

You need to develop custom application for that
