CATS timesheet - how to handle data for 1 person in 2 profiles ?

Hello CATS expert,

How could I handle the entry of time data for oner person in 2 profiles.

Scenario:

A person enters his data for projects (PS) in CATS (no validation necessary): therefore I have got one profile which includes project/network/operation hours.

His secretary enters his absences (HR) which need to be validated by his chef: therefore I have another profile with absence hours.

My problem is that the data entered with one profile is displayed in the other profile and could be changed.

How can I prevent that the person changes the absences which the secretary entered ?????

(I couldn't make one profile for PS and HR data, because the PS-data isn't validated.)

I would be very happy to get some of your ideas.

Hi,

you have to use authorizations in this case for approval process in CATS IT 0316 and It 0328 are used for authorizations. These are two dummy infotypes.

it is verymuch possible to enter data in CATS for a single PERNER via two or more profiles.
