Problem with hierarchy rebate creation

Hai guys,

I am now working on creating a rebate for a customer hierarchy. The hierarchy node (A) is 10000011 where as the customers 10000005, 10000006, 10000007 are assigned to that node. The assignment was successful.

I am trying to create a revate for 10000011 so that the rebates are passed off to 5/6/7, but I am unable to create the rebate agreement itself. I am getting this error message "Customer for function PY may not have account group 0012". Can somebody help me in fixing this issue?
