Auction Automatic Extensions

Hi guru

I create an auction with end at 17.00 and I have Settings for Automatic Extensions:

Inactivity Period: 10 min.

Extension Duration: 10 min.

Now if a bid is received during the inactivity period (for exemple at 16.55) the system extends the auction for 10 min to 17.00 (so new end auction is 17.10).

I want to add the Extension Duration 10 min not at end period (17.00) but to time of last received bidder ( 16.55). SO NEW END AUCTION 17.05.

Is it possible????

Hi,

As a standard functionality in Live Auction cockpit it is possible

If any bidder enters the Bid Price during the last one minute (even before the last one second of the auction), then automatically the auction will get extended by another u201C5 Minutesu201D. System will prompt the extension details in the pop up menu as shown below:
