Hi,
I copied CO number range interval via transaction code KANK but now I want to delete the number ranges.
There are no movement data or anything else, I just created the controlling area and copied the number ranges.
Unfortunately I do not find the possibility to delete any of the ranges.
I already tried to delete the controlling area but there comes the information that number ranges already exist (object RK_BELEG).
How can I delete the existing number range intervals?
Thank you for any help
Britta
Hi,
You can try manually delete them from NRIV table (object RK_BELEG).

Eli

When involved Number Range object has groups defined, like CO document number ranges, the process of deleting is described in the SAP note: 2671291 - Number Range: Unable to delete intervals, deletion button is missing - SAP ONE Support Lau...

Today, I have a new casuistic. I have created wrongly a number range interval with only ONE DIGIT, 5 instead of 05.
What I did to delete this interval:
1. Create another group named "other"
2, Assign the wrong number range "5" to this group from the top menu " assign element to group".
3. Save
4. Select edit intervals, now you should see the wrong interval and the option to delete it.
It works for me under S4hana 1709 version.

Hello,
You can maintain the entries in the table directly SE16N
Enter the table name and object name.
Enter.
Now enter
&SAP_EDIT
in transaction code bar.
AND say enter. The system gives you message that the editing function is activated.
Press execute.
Select irrelevant entries and click on delete button.
Make sure your are NOT doing this in Production system. Otherwise, things will be worsen.

Ravi
