I am unable to create sub hierarchy R3MATCLASST90CLNT090, due to following error. "CATEGORY ID R3MATCLASST90CLNT090 TOO LONG;SHORTEN TO 18 CHARACTERS".
Please advise solution enabling creation of sub hierarchy with 20 characaters.
