Issue: Configurable Product and Product Variants

Hi,

In our CRM 2007 (SP04) system we have a Configurable Material with 2 associated Product Variants defined. Material is transfered from ECC 6. Knowledge base object has been created and is consistent.

In CRM: COMMPR01 -> Configurable Material and Product Variants are available.

Item category is configured to deal with Variant Matching (Actions).

When creating Sales Transactions (e.g. Quotations & Orders) and configuring the material, no Products Variants are displayed in the Configuration tab.

Does anybody have an idea why the Product Variants are not available?
