SSM 7 - documentation for fields of tables in backend

Hi all,

Is there any documentation explaining the meaning of the fields in the SSM tables (those tables starting with CPMS e.g. CPMS_KPI)

Thanks,

T

    Hi ,

I am giving a few examples of the tables which start with CPMS.

    CPMS_CB -

    > Cube builder

    CPMS_EA----

    > Entry and Approval

    CPMS_ORM----

    > Risk Management

    CPMS_SM----

    > Diagram Manager

    CPMS_DBNAME----

    > Scorecard Names.

    Hope this helps,

    Vijay

    Taariq,

The CPMS tables are Netweaver AS Database Tables to store the data from Strategy Management.

Just as an example, all the tables beginning with CPMS_CB_ store the data created by the HTML Cube Builder. There are separate tables that Cube Builder creates for model names, dimensions, dimension variables, dimension members, and variable settings.

Because of all the different tables and the relations between them, it is very much NOT recommended to be changing these kind of tables.

    Regards,

    Bob

    Hi Taariq,

If you are looking for information on where each table field gets its data from and where is that data then used, I guess that is something only SAP development has, or perhaps some other firms that are specialized on delivering modifications for Strategy Management customer's implementations.

    Best regards!
