Abs Quota Transfer from one quota type to other

Hi all,

I have requirement to transfer the Leave quota from one quota type to other at the end of the calendar year

say i have 3 quota types

1) Priviledge leave

2) Sick leave

3) Casual Leave etc.....

I am generation the Sick leave and Casual Leave quota using the report RPTQTA00.

and Priviledge leave quota using the schema TQTA.

at the end of the calendar year my remaining leaves from sick leaves and Casual leaves should add to Priveledge Leave Quota.

we thought about the infotype 2013 (Quota Correction) there we can not make the sick leaves and Casual leaves generation using TQTA as those are generated in advance.

If schema is a solution for that then please give the detail PCR.

We are trying to avoid the ABAP development here.

Please suggest the best possible way.

Regards

Umesh Chaudhari.

Hi Umesh,

You can use IT2012 Time transfer specifications for your requirement.

Hi,

To carry forward unavailed quota amount to another quota type you will have to go by PCRs...

There is no configuration available for the same.

You can place this PCR in the schema under "Manage time account" block.

Operations such as

HRS=FV Number of days between key date and forfeit day of the quota (maximum value is 99999)

HRS=FR which will check Remaining quota up to key date

The rule should process table P2006.

Hope this helps.
