DOCUMENT DATE AND POSTING DATE IN BILLING DOCUMENT

Hi SD GURUS,

my question is after saving billing document it will be releasing to accounting, in vf02 we can see accounting view billing document entry where i want to change document date.

In VF02, you can't change in Standard SAP because date field become GRAY after doc releasing to account. If by mistake date is incorrect in billing, you can cancel the billing and create a new one ,check /change date then Save the billing.

Hello,

See as far i understand, you are interested in changing the billing date of the invoice And this can be if the invoice is not

released. And if released and you are still interested to change the date then go to T-code "FBRA" and reverse the clearing then

only you can change the billing date of the invoice.

go to VOV8,

select the order type you are using.

go to "Prop.f.pricing date".

press F4 and select option "B" and save.

create a new order and new bill and then check whether you can change the date there or not.

Document date only gets captured in the FI document... there is no such field in the Billing document.... billing doc only has the posting date and the created on Date........... r u looking for a way to change the payment terms baseline date??

Hi,

if the invoice is not passed to accounting yet, is possible to change

the billing date VBRK-FKDAT by VF02, Goto -> Header -> Header.

This date is then moved into the Posting date BKPF-BUDAT of the

accounting document.

But, if the invoice is passed to accountign already, you are not able to

change the billing data anymore.

No it is not possible to change the Document Date in billing.

If the accounting document has already generated then it is not possible to change the date at all.

We cannot change the date it it has already generated.
