Peer sent alert: Alert Fatal: protocol version

Hi dear,

Please, i need a hel with SAP PI integration, when i execute the interface I see this error:

<SAP:AdditionalText>com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: iaik.security.ssl.SSLException: Peer sent alert: Alert Fatal: protocol version</SAP:AdditionalText>

I try update the SSL certificate, change the comunication channel, start and stop and refresh full cache, but don't work.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi Wilson,

Can you please tell us more about your scenario. Also , let us know if you have done TLS1.2 upgrade recently?

Hi Vivek,

i just update the certificate in SAP PI.
My scenario is a integration SAP with sucessfactors using PI NWA 7.4

Yes , SF has updated all the SSL Certificates. You can refer to Note 2533915.

Hi Mark, thansk for your answer, but i don't have permission to install Xpi, the compliance is very hard. About the note 2116423 say to another error, but i try and not working
