Access Sap tcode from Mail

Hi All,

I would like to send order details in mail to user which has credit block in it.When the user clicks on the order number in the mail it should take the user to tcode va03 screen opening the order details.

Could please let me know whether this is possible or not?

I can see the we can create a SAP shortcut and email it.But will it again ask for password to access the order details.

Please note this is not a work item its just mail.

Hello Narmadha M,

For this, you can configure SAML SSO and generate a link in the email for target SAP web GUI. SSO will work due to SAML configuration.

Hi,

I assume whether a password is required or not depends on whether single sign on is used or not. If none is used then it is clear that a password has to be entered. Did you check this?

But even then a security popup will get shown (to avoid that this is used as a kind of phishing mail).

We have single sign on. So can i use SAP shortcut?

I just want to remove the step in which they copy and go to tcode to access the order details.I want that to available if they click on the order in the email.
