Server Intelligence Agent is not starting in BOXI R3.1 with FP 1.3

Hi All,

Iam trying to start the SIA ,but it is started then stopped.

It is installed on Windows 2003 SP2 and Oracle 11g database.

can i have any workaround solution.

Any help would be appreciated.

It is solved after fresh installation BOXI

Also check your windows event viewer? Is the SIA service using local system or an account to start(check properties)? Have you granted the account local permissions if its an account?

My installation is simple Enterprise and FP 1.3

Hi,

please look in the <bobj installation folder>\BusinesObjects Enterprise 12.5\logging folder for newly created log files (after trying to restart the SIA). Please scan these files for error messages regarding the start of SIA.
