Employee Grouping

Hi All,

I need to do define employing grouping based on employee grades. We have the requirement as below:

We have employees working in two shifts. Day Shift & Night Shift.

The day shift employees work on Indian Payroll and the night shift employees work on US payroll.

The employees in both shifts share similar grades. How should i assign these employees grades (defined employee grades as employee groups) to employee groups for Payroll & Time management?

Also how should i create entries for them in table V_001P_ALL?

I mean how should i define pay scale area & pay scale type for various PAs?

How should i define Time quota, At/Ab Type, At/Ab Cnt, Trec, Hol. Calendar for various PAs?
