SAP C4C Hybris blank log in window

I have installed the C4C add-in in Outlook, and it worked fine for a couple of weeks. Now there is no information in the side panel, it is like it is frozen on a white page. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but then I could not log in because the log in window also had a whiteout:

I eventually was able to log in by hovering the mouse pointer over the correct fields, but it still won't show any information in the side panel or settings or log in windows.

Any suggestions on how to solve this?
