P&L Statement Value

Hi All,

i have created a PLD of P&L Statement report.While printing all P&L Account balances is coming but total profit is not coming in Printout. Can any one tell me whats the reason ??

Hi,

Have you compared the field you are using for the profit with the field used in the system layout? What's the difference?

Hi Pankaj,

u can only edit the system PLD and save then with ur on name , is the total profit is there in Syatem PLD from which u make ur PLD , if it is not there , then u have to make required formula for that .

Hi,

i am using SAP B1 2007B PL10. i have edited the existing system PLD and save with different name. In SAP P&L Report system display all account balances along with Profit/loss value as per created in P&L template. Howerver in printing P&L value is not Coming .

Hi Pankaj,

have u seen the preview of PLd .P& L value is there or not.

Just change the position of the field and check .Put that field in center of Footer or header any where so that it becomes more specific, may be the page size is the issue.

P&L value is not displaying in Print preview as well...will you please check in your SAP B1 2007B . is it displaying P&L Value ??

Hi Pankaj,

When you define the template for Profit & Loss there you have to define the formula for profit (Revenue u2013 Expenditure = Profit)

How have you created this PLD? Have you edited the system PLD from P&L Statement?
