Subsequent function " not possible due to a credit block

When I try to make the transfer order for an order (/olt03), I get the error: Subsequent function " not possible due to a credit block

The order is a credit card payment order.

Does anyone know the cause of this error and how to fix it so that I can make the transfer order?
