Hi

can you go to sicf and follow the path sap->bc->gui->sap->its and confirm if the node is available.

also please confirm the abap patch in ECC.

thank you

Hi Barin,

thanks very much for your answer.

one sap server is Netweaver 7.0 ABAP Trial version, another is Netweaver 2004(ABAP&JAVA), they are not ECC5.0.

I know a little about ECC5.0 : during the installation of ECC5.0, "SAP Solution Managerment key " need to be entered, when we install the sap server,we are not required to enter the "SAP Solution Managerment key ", so I confirm it's not ECC5.0

you need to get this confirmed from your basis team first.

you have mentioned your abap kernel as 640 which means its on a lower version.

can you please reply with confirm sap_abap patch level.

you can check this on your own too by going to your ERP server system->status

Hi Barin,

the Netweaver 2004 is installed by me. there is no basis team in company,

transaction code SPAM--> it says " version 6.40/0017 "

SAP_ABA and SAP_BASIS : support package 09 for 6.40

the ITS guide says "The SAP Internet Transaction Server (SAP ITS) is integrated into the kernel of the SAP Web Application Server 6.40 as an Internet Communication Framework (ICF) service called the integrated ITS" , it means ITS has been installed completely, why there is no "Internet Service" in SE80 in both netweaver 2004 and NSP 700 .

should I install SAP@Web Studio if the version is low ?

Thanks,

Hi

This is where I am surprised too.

If abap level is 640 kernel SP then its ECC 5 and not ECC 6.

I suggest you raise your question in basis forum as I see an issue with respect to installation.

I would not want to suggest anything more on this as I am not a Core Technology Expert in terms of basis.

This is an issure purely with installation so i suggest you raise an OSS message.

thank you and apologies

You can raise an OSS message for the same. Meanwhile let me see if there is a better forum to raise this.

Hi Barin,

my problem was solved yesterday, It's because of IE7.0 and SAPGUI, IE6.0 is working.

Thanks&Regards.

Hi

in SE80, what entries you have in the Dropdown List inside Repository Browser tab ?

Hi Rajendra

thanks very much for your attention.

in SAP640,there's nothing in the dropdown List inside Repository Browser tab

in NSP700,there is only "SUSR" under the "Object Name" item.

is it because of SAP version or ITS version? 640 and 700 are trial version.

I have tested WebGUI service, it can work normally.
