When u make a PO u enter a material and with account assignment category 'A' because of which in Item level Account assignment Tab u have to enter asset cod, this establish all the links atomatically.
but i am asking is that need to enter manually or system dermines automatticallly(asset account numbers), based some settings, if yes where we do that.
the gl nbr for a/c assignment will pick it automatically from the OBYC setting.. in other words
the mat master will be assigned with a val class.. so evry val. clsass will be maintained with a gl nbr in obyc so based on the details in mat master , it will pick the gl nbr
