We have been facing issues while logged in concurrent user limit exceeds 200 in enterprise portal.
Getting different errors as below.
- Logon limit reached. Try again later.
- 503 - Service not avaiable
- 500 - SAP Internal Server error. ERROR - A request for server was sent to server erp-erv1. Note 1364846 (Termination: ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE)
- 500 - Dispatching Error
Below are the system configuration for EP.
- Netweaver Version 7.31 Patch Level SPS20.
- Portal UME is local, no backend as ECC or LDAP.
- We dont have SAP Web dispatcher. Instead of that, there is a F5 Load balancer.
- We have 4 instances and each instance have single node.
- Maximum heap size assigned to each instance is 4 GB.

Our goal is to, it should accommodate 1000+ users.
