data medium file output

Dear Friends,

USing T.code FDTA,I selected the payment run or proposal run and select Edit-Download, I download the file as txt to my desktop.But the txt is shown the data like this

H 0000000000000000000000000

H is correct and other payment data is showing as 0000000000 and also i am getting this information message 'No document data exists for proposal runs'

How to resolve this issue?
