I want to know about Enterprise Asset Management(EAM) ,whether it is an SAP process ,under SAP which module it covers .plz guide me in this.

Hi,

EAM functionality comprises mostly the PM and CS modules.

I have come across a SAP solution called Service and Asset Management (SAM) - http://www.sap.com/solutions/sam/index.epx

Could anyone explain what is the difference between SAM and EAM? Is SAM part of the Business Suite?

yes it is an SAP process and is integrated package but mainly comes under product life cycle management
