Extended SID is not appearing under transport domains of LMDB

Hi Experts,

Unable to perform any Status change for Normal change or Urgent change in ChaRM for one landscape.

Extended SID of Quality system is disappeared in Transport domains of lmdb-notify-ldb-job-failure.pngLMDB; I suspect this is due to failure of background job SAP_LMDB_NOTIFY_LDB*.

The job is failing while executing "Consumer Workmode Management (CL_WMM_LMDB_NOTIFICATION)" Screen capture is attached.

I have foloowed below 2 SAP KBAs but of no use.
1592461 - Troubleshooting LMDB Notification Consumers
2381495 - LMDB: System missing Extended SID in Transport Domain

Please provide your suggestion in resolving the issue. Thanks in advance.

Hi Bharath,

Can you please check if data is synchronized between LMDB and SLD, if last update was days before the resync again.

Also check if SLD CR content is updated, if not then update it to the latest version and execute the job SAP_LMDB_LDB_0000000001 again. After this try to run job SAP_LMDB_NOTIFY_LDB again. let's see if this works.
