SAP MDG UI custom fields are missing when we click on check or entered any other field .

Hello,

we have enhanced data model with custom fields and added in custom UIBB . but when click on check or filled any other field custom fields are dissappearing . I have debugged field property badi , found ct_fld_prop internal table is coming with filled data as field value "H" . But i am not able to find where the fields are coming as hidden . Kindly help me on this .

Hi Paneendra,

This is for MDG-M. Please make sure you specify your question correct. BP or MM is not mentioned anywhere in your query.

For MM Data model,if the entity is re-use, the backend field properties will be done by Access Interface.

Please go through OMSR t-code and set the settings for your field in the corresponding group based on Material Types. I beleive this step is not done which why you are getting your custom fields hidden.

Thanks for your reply . Yes it is for MM data model . Issue is resolved once we done Mapping ( UI and X structure ) for custom fields .
