single result recording problem

hi

i have a raw material for which i want to do quality check. i set inspection type 01 . i created quality plan ( tcode qp01) and put MIC and sampling procedure. i have put 100 % inspection and manual valuation in sampling procedure . i set "single result" in control indicatior of inspection characteristic. i did not set summarised recording. i set " single value".

at the time of GR of purchase order ,inspection lot is created and specification is assigned to it.

i go to qa32 tcode for result recording. my problem is that in result recording screen " summarised indicator " is set . as a result of it i can not record multiple results.

i also checked user setting in result recording screen.

i am not getting any problem in IDES but i am unable to record single value result in quality server of client.

plz help me what setting i am missing

Hi,

What is the Samples Getting Calculated, when you attached the inspection plan to the lot?

If it is one (1) then there will be no any single results.

And if this is the case then go to QP02 and change the Sample size for that MIC as per your requirement, test and confirm.

for 25 pc qty. sample size is 25 .

i am getting problem in result recording only. in qa32 ,i see that summarized indicator is set which is not editable.

i made setting for single result but why it is set as " summarised recording" in result recording scree.

where is setting

Dear Rajeev

1) Just checking , have you by mistakely maintained base sample quantity of sampling as 10.it can be either in the operation overview or in the inspection characteristic.

Please change it to one and check

2) otherwise it seems to me that the inspection plan is not getting updated with single recording. Please check your inspection plan for any error .

Please let me know

1) in RR are you getting inspect as 10 (sample size ) and inspected as 10. Is the Inspected field changable. I mean are you able to input some values in the inspected field.

2) You have mentioned that you can see summarised indicator set. Please let me know in which tab you have seen the same.

3) Are you doing result recording for old lots or newly created lots are having the same problem

1. in inspect field,it is coming 1. it is not "10". yes, i can enter only one value in inspected field

2. summarised indicator is set in tab " to be inspected"

Dear Rajeev

Just a suggestion. check for the inspection plan changes. There might have been changes done in to the plan.

try for a new lot and then see whether you could get the single recording.

1)Is the mic a complete copy model, referenced or incomplete

2) was it summarised first and then you changed to single recording

MIC is complete copy model.

from the beginning it is "single value" recording

i also checked control indicator through QP02 Tcode. " single value" is set in control indicator . as i told you that sampling procedure is for 100% inspection.

when i see created lot then calculated sample size is ok. i mean if i create for 10 kg. sample size is 10.

but when i enter in qa32 for recording. summarized indicator is set which is not changeable.

i do not understand where i am missing.

interesting is that i recorded single result on 13 th april but i am unable to record single result from 15 th april.

Hi,

On result recording screen go to user settings tab and check the default values for the recording view

Hi Rajeev,

Check in customizing in plant level settings in result recording tab whether the check box for summ. recording for n=1 is on. Remove the check and then try your scenario.
