Payroll and Time module configuration steps related to New Employee Subgroup.​

Dear team,

We would like to create a new Employee subgroup (Human Resources Management --Employee Subgroups and assignment to employee group), as per Indian client requirement.

As per our understanding Employee subgroup have a lot of impact in Payroll as well as Time module.

Pls guide us about Payroll and time module configuration steps related to Employee subgroup.

By your own admission (and bolded), this is for an "Indian client", therefore, your company that was hired by said client SHOULD have this knowledge and experience to do the work you were hired to do. This is not a simple matter of "hey, I did all the configuration steps but I am getting the wrong information showing. Is this a bug or was my setting wrong?"....you are literally asking us to tell you how to do the work that your client will be paying you for. Do you feel this is appropriate?

I feel sorry for your "Indian Client" as obviously they have a clueless consultant and consulting "partner" as this questions shows that their hired "experts" have no clue on even the basics for SAP Time and Payroll as Employee Sub group are critical to both. It is like saying....."I was hired to build a house and understand the foundation is important part, please tell me how to do it as well as how to build the rooms and how to build the roof....please guide me ASAP". What a joke the partner ecosystem has become #WildWest
