location where doc can be attached?

as i am new to dms

i want u people to guide me............where doc can be attached

me, being a sap-ps consultant, know where the doc can be attcached in ps module.

cominng to mm module, doc can be acttached at pr and po level

wht about the other module............and the transation code...........

ex:

ps: cj20n........................doc can be attached

mm: me51n, me21n......................doc can be attached

Dear Surya,

You can attach document in following transaction.

Asset Accounting - AS01 - Create Asset

Plant Maint. - IE01 - Create Equipment

Plant Maint. - IL01 - Create Functional Location

Plant Maint. - IK01 - Create Measuring Point

MM - XD01 - Create Vendor

MM - MM01 - Create Material Master

Cross Application Component - CL01 - Create Class

SD - VA01 - Create Sales Order ( Sales Document Item )

PP - CO01 - Create Production Order

PP - CS01 - Create Material BOM

These are the few transctions where you can attach the dms document.

Hi Sandeep,

   You have told above that in transaction code IL01 we can attach the document while creating the functional location but am not able to see that option while creating it. Can you please help me with this?
