Portal login failed

Hi all,

In process of configuring SSO, the j2ee_Admin has lost connectivity to portal. This happened after the certificates were loaded in visual admin.

Where it is possible to access portal from SAP J2EE Engine STart Page, and can reach serveral services yet nwa isn't accessible at all. All it says at the logon page, after inputting login creditionals is "Unknown error".

Additionally, I have created and tested new user in ABAP yet they fail to login both portal and nwa.

It's worth noting that j2ee_admin can login to visual admin.

Kindly suggest what went wrong and solution.
