Message KAFF 101 , RECAAP 012-BAPI_ACC_MANUAL_ALLOC_POST

Dear Experts,

I am using BAPI-BAPI_ACC_MANUAL_ALLOC_POST to post manual cost .When i am excuting this BAPI in se37 i can able to post. But my problem is with same input values if i am posting through Z-Program i am getting the following error.

KAFF-101-FM dimension not active - entry of Fund will be ignored

RECAAP-012-Real estate object cannot be determined from entries

RECAAP-061-Contract 000/0 does not exist

Please suggest on this error.
